setting the record straight

After my last post, my friend Liz commented,
Whatever. I just saw you a month ago. You look great.

Here we are, on her wedding day. Awwww...

Here is the zoomed-out version of this photo:

Because it is hard to see in sizes Blogger allows, I have called your attention to the area where my dress is caught in my girdle.

Suck it, Liz!

  1. OMG- whatever. At first I thought I was wearing my wedding dress, but no, I wasn't. However, you can see where my skin ends under that dress and my suckin' it in underwear begins...

You do not look like you're pregnant with a baby octopus. You are too funny!

  3. So your girdle is nibbling at your dress a little. So what.

If you weigh less than 200 lbs, I have no sympathy for you. You've grown four separate individuals inside your body. Give it a break.

And....you look great! You really do.

  4. I am laughing so hard that you took the time to this and that you can laugh at yourself like that. That's why I love you.

BTW, I've still got way smaller boobies than you!

  5. I can't even see anything under all that photoshopping. I think you're making it up.

  6. OMG I almost peed my pants! When I clicked on it to see it BIGGER I laughed out loud! That is the funniest photo I've ever seen and I have seen A LOT of photos!

But that is NOT making you feel better! HA!

Love that you can laugh at yourself... you are awesome!

  7. 1. Don't be silly. Baby octopi cause WAY more tummy distortion than that. ["that" equals, in my humble observation, close to nil.]

    2. You're cute as a button and I would gladly trade you my DD breastacles in return for the ability to shop at clothing stores whose marketing ploys do not utilize the words "curvacious," "womanly," or "voluptuous." So there.

    3. If you ever need to feel better, just go to my Facebook page and stare at my Shannen Doherty left eye and my permenant Spok left eyebrow. You'll feel lots better. Swear.

  8. As someone who is over 200 lbs, I have to agree with the statement above "If you weigh less than 200 lbs, I have no sympathy for you." I'm not sure I would have said it like that, but similar sentiment.

    You look gorgeous, BTW!
